Features :
- Remote access of Voice Mail:
The user of a Voice MailBox can access his Voice Mail from any instrument of the PABX or even from anywhere on the PSTN. There is no limit on the duration of recorded message.
- Personal Schedule Service :
The schedule of appointments / reminders of important work can be input into the system along with appropriate voice messages.
The system will call up at the specified times and play back the messages.
- Audio on Demand :
A collection of songs / music can be recorded and stored with an index. From any instrument within the PABX or from PSTN, individual songs can be played. Speed and volume adjustment can be done through the telephone.
- On Line Conversation Recording :
During a conversation, the user, with the touch of a button can record the conversation and play it back. This facility can be used for dictation to a Personal Secretary.
- Attending to Two Calls at a Time :
A user can receive a second call during conversation and toggle between the two.
